We are PSONA Social. Here’s some information on who we are, where we came from and our approach to delivering social campaigns that make a difference.

PSONA social, formerly Yomego, is part of the PSONA Group, a full-service integrated agency. Formed 8 years ago, we were one of the first specialist social agencies in Europe, working with clients like Google, Amazon, Tesco and Nectar to transform their social presences. Our specialist teams live and breathe social media and are therefore best placed to provide the best advice and recommendations on the latest trends, technologies and thinking. As a divison of PSONA Group, we are also able to access wider expertise, from brand strategy, shopper marketing and CRM to film production, email marketing and data planning.

We have a tried and tested approach to delivering projects for our clients which deliver maximum value for the business and that create greatest impact with the audience.

1. Discovery

We know that every individual audience for a project will have their own requirements. During the discovery phase we aim to get under the skin of the requirements to create a project strategy that delivers for both the business and audience.

We now understand what everybody wants from the project. This is when we look to develop your project strategy. Working with the centralised planning team within PSONA we will work to create a plan that delivers whether it’s solely a social approach or a multi-channel one.

3. Joint Creation

Working with our clients we build out each of the project deliverables against an agreed timetable. We have regular check-in points throughout the creation phase to ensure the final delivery meets requirements and that no major changes are required at the end.

4. Delivery

The delivery phase of any project for us is not simply handing over the files. We work with clients to ensure that the project is rolled out as it should be. We then measure the results as they come in to ensure that results are as expected and no changes are required.
